We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

 

In this role, you will: 

•     Managing the day-to-day activities, including coaching, of the SQ regional team by ensuring that priority are addressed
•     Communicating relevant information to key stakeholders locally,
•     Identifying issues and risks and escalating those appropriately
•     Monitoring all the team activities and ensuring the relevant training and support is provided
•     Managing and enhancing relationships with appropriate internal contacts to ensure that best practice, issues, concerns and learning points are shared and fed back to appropriate parties.
•     Identifying opportunities to continuously improve the service provided, referring to senior management where appropriate
•     Other activities assigned by line manager

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

 

·         At least 6 years’ experience in a variety of banking areas and functions.

·         Appropriate local certifications for Sales/Risk roles

·         Qualification in Financial Planning preferable

·         Good knowledge of Wealth and Financial Services/industry/products/regulation

·         Autonomy in decision making regarding review of sales

·         Communicate at all levels with confidence (written and verbal)

·         Good working knowledge of HSBC systems related to sales and risk

·         Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of HSBC Sales Quality Standards and Sales Procedures and application in a holistic planning approach

·         Good organisational skills and the ability to understand urgency and prioritisation when required
