We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering.

Principal responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the user experience (UX) design process from concept to final implementation, delivering world-class digital experiences for products.
  • Conduct data analysis, social research, user research, and interpret development logic to create user-centered designs. Deliverables include requirements visualization, customer journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed user interface designs.
  • Collaborate with clients, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of user-centric digital solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Facilitate design activities and workshops, including user research and ideation sessions, to create and refine user-centered digital solutions. Effectively communicate research findings and design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure digital experiences remain competitive and relevant.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and improve design workflows.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in user experience design, data analysis, or similar roles, with proven team management and project management experience.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX design skills and processes.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of best practices and trends in digital, development, big data, AI, banking, finance, and investment products.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Ability to quickly grasp and translate complex data into clear, user-friendly digital experiences.
  • Experience in big data research, development, or AI projects is a plus, with the ability to support development efforts.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
