We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering.

Principal responsibilities

  • Oversee the successful delivery of IT projects, from initiation through deployment.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and set delivery expectations.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams (developers, testers, architects, DevOps).
  • Facilitate Agile delivery processes and ensure adherence to delivery frameworks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Identify delivery risks and drive mitigation strategies.
  • Track and report on delivery performance, ensuring continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or in a similar role, preferably in software development environments.
  • Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence,).
  • Technical background or understanding of software engineering practices.
  • Experience in managing software development or IT projects.
