We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst

Principal responsibilities

  • This Role will be Reporting to the Global Head
  • Provide Oversight of performance management across markets / centers
  • Support Global strategic initiatives to enhance and introduce automation to the journey 
  • Facilitate organizing monthly governance forum. Assist in all aspects of communications and engagement for team, develop a robust engagement strategy that aligns with Group strategies and agenda. 
  • Facilitate organizing town halls & Management offsite, from logistics to ensuring talking points are aligned to Group and strategic messaging.
  • Responsible for modelling and report production working on large sets of complex data.
  • Stakeholder Management ability to engage and build effective relationships with team and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for investigating items in detail with meticulous attention to details. Evaluate and determine the appropriate style of communication relevant to the audience messages in a clear, consistent, and honest manner.
  • Global Private Banking Team needs to ensure processes implemented are robust, transparent, and fit for purpose will be crucial in enabling the success of the team.
  • Continual development is required by the role holders in understanding of a complex global business and changing regulatory environment.
Requirements
  • Understanding of financial reporting aspects and moderate level knowledge of all investment, banking, insurance, and credit products offered by Global Private Banking. Knowledge of operational, trading, and overall business knowledge would be beneficial.
  • The jobholder will be required to support the management of programmes/projects and governance forums, representing his/her team as appropriate.
  • Highly professional approach, competent with the ability to work independently and drive forward elements of key Global Private Banking product and service-related projects.
  • Exercise any/all delegated authorities with due care and diligence
