Role purpose:

 

Administration and Control of the functioning of the visible Branches, of the operation and of the sales (RBWM)

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordination and synergy with the different segments and sales forces that influence the results of the branches.
  • Ensuring that the customer experience at Branch is improved will build long-term relationships.
  • Responsible for the design of the strategies in its micro market as well as the implementation of the strategy established by the Management.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in economic area - Administrative or related career.
  • Experience in the financial sector in areas of promotion and/or sales.
  • Advanced management of MS Office.
  • AMIB Certification Figure I
  • Knowledge of Financial Mathematics.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Experience as a Branch Manager (2 years desirable)
