We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
- Ensuring operational stability, integrity, and availability of the Cloud Hosting Envrionment supported by the team.
- Providing support in identification and resolution of incidents associated with the platform.
- Ensuring service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the aspects of the platform.
- Identify improvements to existing solutions and processes.
- Develoop automations for cloud and infrastructure operational excellence.
- Providing support to projects onboarding to the platform.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of cloud services, with the ability to independently configure resources and troubleshoot issues.
- Proficient in writing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) by Terraform.
- Knowledge of external cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, or Ali Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with AWS projects; candidates holding AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification (or equivalent certifications) preferred.
- Ability to independently configure and manage Linux systems, middleware, and databases. Experience on managing NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, is highly desirable.
- Practical experience working independently with DevOps tools and automation operations with Python scripting.
- Strong analytical, design and problem solving skills; excellent team player with ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
