We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
- Gathering and analyzing user requirements and translating them into system test case scenarios.
- Identify data requirements and execute test cases.
- Work with other testing groups within the organization for the integration, pairwise and operation readiness testing.
- Support System Acceptance Testing & System Integration Tests ,Regression Testing.
- Raise defects, and develop corrective actions to help resolve bugs, and retest and close/reopen defects.
- Review testing result and report status to project manager.
- Enhance the automation tools and streamline the automation process.
Requirements
- Hands on automation and functional testing experience, and understand API testing.
- Good English to work in a global environment for global projects.
- Proficient to define testing strategy and test plan by analyzing requirements.
- Ability to understand technical design, end to end flow and function of backend and front end systems, to identify the testing scenarios.
- Proficient to prepare traceability Matrix and Test cases as per the Requirement Specification for each project.
- Proficient to prepare and setup the data for testing.
- Co-ordination of activities across multiple IT teams in multiple locations and time zones.
- Proactively identify issues if any and escalate, and experienced on defect management.
- Ability to train and coach and junior testers.
