We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
• Design, develop, and optimize Java-based applications and microservices for scalability and performance.
• Architect and maintain AWS cloud-native solutions with focus on reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and enforce best practices for Java, SQL databases, and Redis caching.
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver robust, low-latency systems.
• Research and implement emerging technologies (e.g., RAG, AI integration) to enhance product capabilities.
• Develop/maintain Python-based automation scripts or data processing services.
Requirements
• Core Java Expertise: 5+ years Java development, including JVM, concurrency, Spring Boot/Cloud, and modern features (Streams, Lambdas).
• Cloud & DevOps: Proven AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and cloud architecture best practices.
• Database & Caching: Strong skills in relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and Redis (clustering, tuning).
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems, optimize bottlenecks, and make data-driven decisions.
• CI/CD & IaC: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Agile & Collaboration: Proficiency in Scrum/Kanban and remote teamwork.
• Python Proficiency (Good to have).
• RAG/AI Knowledge (Good to have): Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, or LLM integration.
