This role is primarily accountable for outbound client sales and deposit gathering. The role will also engage in satisfying client reviews and complete product renewals and maintenance as applicable. This sales support function is responsible for the coordination and completion of key sales and operational activities and may also be required to provide regulatory expertise and risk management assistance to avoid client exits. The main responsibility includes outreach to clients without a named Relationship Manager in support of deepening, growing, and maintaining the client’s relationship post onboarding.
As our Contact Center Premier Sales Specialist you will:
- Utilize a leads-based approach through HSBC’s Client Relationship Management tool to engage with clients
- Most of the activity will be proactive client outreach but may also include handling appointments booked by clients
- Interact with clients via phone, email, pre-booked appointments, and zoom calls
- Generate new business referral opportunities for Wealth Center, Wealth Direct, Mortgage, and Private Bank
- Communicate our international capabilities and benefits of the HSBC Group in servicing international banking needs through clear and professional discussion adhering to Cross Border rules
- Increase share of wallet with our clients through focused outbound calling activities utilizing a leads-based approach to client management
- Identify opportunities utilizing a structured sales process undertaking appropriate analysis and preparation of presenting and pitch for additional products/services
- Proper preparation for client interactions including review of client profiles and notes for the discussion
- Offer value added products and services based on client needs analysis and ensure client understanding of those products and services
For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $52,000.00 and $60,000.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
