We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Creative Lead - DIGITAL PRODUCTION SERVICES.
Principal responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate the overall creative direction for projects, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and marketing objectives.
- Bring fresh direction and insight to creative output, while maintaining HSBC brand and design standards.
- Lead and mentor the creative team across all the development or production stages, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Account Servicing team to formulate the brief, set the right direction and consistently assists project management both internal and external aspect.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of creative outputs, using data and insights to refine strategies and improve future projects.
- Ensure high quality of work by consistently taking responsibility for one's own work, reviewing it against quality standards, and consistently seeking to achieve zero quality errors.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, leveraging this knowledge to inspire and drive creative excellence within the team.
- Build the team's ability to provide better service by regularly reporting project concerns and suggesting ways to resolve them, participating in project reviews, preparing production briefs etc.

- 5-8 years of experience in an advertising / design agency environment / in-house creative team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leader with high quality standards, excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proven track record conceptualizing and overseeing execution of large campaigns and projects for commercial and corporate brands.
- Proficient in utilizing various GenAI platforms.
- Strong video and motion graphic experience.
- Understand the principles and process of web development (UX/ UI).
- Soild knowledge of print production.
- Knowledge of emerging digital experience technologies is an advantage.
- Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent people and social skills, able to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent working knowledge of industry standard design software.
- Display professional, articulate, and mature presence in all aspects of team & client relationship.
- Genuine enthusiasm for design and art direction and willing to share knowledge, experience, and inspiration with the team.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
