We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer.
In this role, you will:
- Configure, Implement and Maintain DDI infrastructure (Vital QIP, Infoblox, efficientIP and F5 GTM)
- Manage the DDI appliances and VMs
- Upgrade firmware and software to ensure compatibility and optimal performance
- Monitor and troubleshoot production incidents
- Participate in on-call and handle live incidents
- Automate tasks and process using automation tools
- Document and communicate technical information concisely
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- 4 to 5 years working experience in DDI technologies.
- Strong Dns fundamentals and experience in F5 GTM and in DDI solutions like Infoblox, Vital QIP EIP.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals like IP addressing, subnetting, routing and DNS resolution
- Proficiency in any scripting language like Python, Shell etc.,
- Experience in any network automation platform, preferably Itential Automation Platform
- Experience with network protocols like TCP/IP, UDP and DNS
- Proficient in Linux/Unix command
- Basic understanding or fundamentals of DBA
