We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Team Leader - IT Sec Analyst

In this role, you will:

  •  Demonstrated project and task management skills and ability to track and report progress against established milestones, metrics, and deliverables.
  • Excellent investigative skills, insatiable curiosity, and an innate drive to win.
  • Proficiency in multiple technical disciplines, analytic and quality assurance techniques.
  • Self-motivated and possessing of a high sense of urgency and personal integrity.
  • Proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards, and documentation. Experience in maintaining various metrics and SLAs. Banking experience is preferred.
  • Experience defining and refining operational procedures, workflows, and processes to support the team in consistent, quality execution of monitoring and detection and laws.
  • An understanding of business needs and commitment to delivering high-quality, prompt, and efficient service to the business.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment as part of a distributed team with effective communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Must have worked as DLP practitioner/ expert and lead team for response and investigations.
  • Hands-on experience implementing, managing, and monitoring security tools and technologies related to DLP, Incident Management etc.
  • Hands-on experience in security incident response lifecycle and its phases. Ability to handle, resolve data security incidents minimizing impact and respond to escalations.
  • Strong knowledge of various data security tool & techniques such as DLP, CASB etc.
  • Knowledge of industry cyber security regulations and standards.
  • Knowledge of cyber security frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, NIST 800-53, HITRUST CSF, etc).
  • Knowledge of various operating systems including but not limited to Windows, Linux, and UNIX.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment frameworks, tools, technologies, and methods; experience in planning, researching, and developing security policies, standards, and procedures, then performing testing and evaluation of documentation and controls with remediation recommendations.
  • Advanced level knowledge of GDPR requirements and regulations
  • Understanding and understanding of common operating systems and platforms
  • Understanding and understanding of 3rd party cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google.
  • Understanding and understanding of common mobile platforms, such as Blackberry, iOS, Android, and Windows.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the thought processes, methodologies (Tactics, Techniques & Procedures) used by advanced adversaries, including criminal and nation state adversaries, spanning multiple aspects of the security domain.
  • Knowledge of common log management suites, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools, use of “Big Data” and Cloud-based solution for the collection and real-time analysis of security information.
  • Ability to produce key performance indicator (KPI) metrics for accurate and contextual evaluation of operational effectiveness as well as providing recommendations for control improvement and mitigating control adjustments
