We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Data Movement & Integrity – Associate Lead GSC’s

What you’ll do:

Principal Accountabilities:  Key activities and decision-making areas           

This role will carry out some or all the following activities:

  • Support the Global DMOV Control Lead to effectively engage GBGF Tech, Data and Business teams on control design and adoption matters.
  • Monitor the upkeep of DMOV related standards, tools, best practices, and related techniques
  • Conduct training sessions as needed and implement and publish monthly reporting
  • Support junior team members to upskill on technical and functional DMOV matters
  • Provide guidance and advisory support to enable recording of evidence for data movement and integrity in accordance with policy and standards          
Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role:

  • Metadata management experience, including working knowledge of related tools (e.g. Collibra) preferred
  • Experience with data warehouse, data lake, and enterprise big data platforms in multi-data-center contexts
  • Previous GB/GF systems knowledge to support stakeholder management
  • Necessity to make robust/tough decisions that may be contrary to others’ wishes and ability to prioritize competing demands
  • A good knowledge of the Group (or a similarly situated large global organization) and its strategy, internal policies, and procedures is preferable
  • Proven ability to manage a wide range of internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines and be change-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills
