It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Wealth and Personal Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Direct Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer portfolio
  • Provide financial solution based on customer needs
  • Applied sales concept in HSBC Engage, Discover, Recommend, Act and Service (EDRAS) as HSBC sales process
  • Establishing needs for PERML
  • Deliver queries of customer
  • Capable of assessing risk profile and current financial situation 
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Has minimum 2 years working in Retail Banking Sales or Relationship Management
  • Hold a minimum of Bachelor Degree
  • Hold Investment and Insurance Accreditation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; integrity and strong sales driven
  • Strong knowledge of Wealth Management, Financial Markets, And Investment Products
  • This position will be placement at Bandung, Balikpapan, Batam, Denpasar, Jakarta, Lampung, Makassar, Malang, Manado, Medan, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Pontianak, Samarinda, Semarang, Solo, Surabaya and Tangerang.
