We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Employee Benefits Business Development Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • To support sales strategies together with business partners (i.e. bank sales channel, Broker) for Employee Benefits business development and to achieve revenue targets
  • To explore channel development, initiate and implement strategic plan to expand and increase market share
  • To formulate the scope, extend and deliver our Employee Benefits products and services to corporate employers and their members
  • To define and implement a proactive roadmap to generate revenue via cross-sell or up-sell from Employee Benefits members
  • To identify training needs and refresh skill polish needs for frontline staff in facilitating Employee Benefits business
  • To develop marketing activities like workshop, seminar, to promote the brand to penetrate cross selling to existing customers and to induce awareness to potential new customers
  • To work with product team and pricing team for formulating benefit and pricing proposal to meet individual customer needs
  • To work closely and effectively within the Health team and other stakeholders including counterparties in both Bank and Insurance to explore full Employee Benefits solutions to maximize sales production in accordance with matching customers’ Health and Wellness needs to individual
  • University graduate with extensive general banking experience with exposure in commercial banking, business development or Insurance/Employee Benefits products
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Organised with ability to work independently and effective problem-solving skills
  • Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed, with ability to work under pressure
  • Customer centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively
  • Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment
  • Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua
