We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an FX, EM Rates and Commodities Business Manager, ASP.

Principal Responsibilities

Role Purpose:

As part of the Business Management Team for the FX, EM Rates & Commodities business, the Business Manager will be responsible for supporting the FX, EM Rates & Commodities businesses in Asia Pacific, and support the business heads for below product / structure –

  • FX Cash Trading
  • FX Options Trading & Structuring
  • EM Rates Trading
  • Metals Trading & Origination
  • Global Intermediary Services (Prime, Algos, Custody FX & FX Overlay)

For this particular role, the individual will have specific responsibility for, and focus on, the optimisation and management of the front office and support processes within FX Cash and the implementation of the change programme including Regulatory change to support the Global Business.   The individual will report to the Global COO FX Cash functionally, and to the Regional FX, EM Rates & Commodities COO at entity level.

In conjunction with the Regional Product Heads, the BM is responsible for:

  • Agreeing and implementing best practice across the region
  • Supporting the efficient and smooth running of the day to day business activity of the local product area - including active issue management and resolution
  • Management and successful execution of developments and enhancements (both business and IT) that are undertaken by the Global product area
  • Ensuring the active execution of the Global and local business strategy
  • Ensuring consistency of product delivery across all local sites
  • Formulating and delivering local contingency procedures
  • Interacting with the various functions (internal and external), that interface to and support the Global and local product area.
