Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Financial Control & Management Information Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Managing Financial accounting & reporting function
  • Managing Merchant billing and collection function
  • Managing Cash flow, fund settlement and Accounts Payable function
  • Managing internal and external audits
  • Preparing Management reports and financial analysis
  • Preparing Annual Operating Plan and performing budgetary control
  • Preparing Tax filings / returns
  • Preparing statistics to HKMA/HKAB and other regulatory bodies
  • Initiating work improvement programs and strengthening internal control and risk management on system and operational workflow
  • Reviewing and implementing new accounting standards for product or business
  • Coordinating, collaborating and participating in accounting related initiatives
  • Supporting the roll-out of products, system enhancement or integration from Accounts perspective


  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  • Qualified member of ACCA / HKICPA or other relevant professional association
  • Experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards
  • Self-motivation, strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
  • Strong leadership and good people management
  • Drive for operational efficiency / controls and proven track records in process improvement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese
