We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Full Stack Engineering.
Principal Responsibilities
- Work with the business product leads to ensure that technology deliveries align to business needs
- Work with the development team to ensure Lead global projects, managing delivery risk and ensure the efficient iterative deployment of functionality in line with business priority
- Work with the global PTS team leads to drive continuous improvements to the platform as well as process via project deliveries
- Provide subject matter expertise and mentoring to junior members of the team on trading system functionality and responsibility
Requirements
- Experience working with risk management systems is essential
- Knowledge of fx options business is desirable, but markets business knowledge in any asset class is acceptable
- Understanding of risk management measures such as delta, gamma, vega, etc
- Some understanding of other front office tools, such as risk matrices, topographies, etc
- Some experience of working with vendor risk management systems, especially Murex
- DevOps and agile practices
- Solid stakeholder management experience
- Working in a global team with different cultures
- Coaching and mentoring skills
- Experience of production support management is advantageous
- Coding experience, particularly in Java or Python is not essential but would be beneficial
