We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as an GPS Sales Manager.

Principal Accountabilities: 
  • Responsible for the marketing, selling of domestic and regional cash management solutions to HSBC's Corporate clients and prospects 
  • Win new GPS business to achieve agreed revenue and product targets
  • Promote HSBC's GPS solutions internally and externally in order to improve awareness of the GPS solutions and to generate business development opportunities.
  • Respond to, and satisfy, customer requirements in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure a smooth transition of cash management wins from Sales to Implementation
  • Responsible for supporting the Sales Head with sales activities in Wholesale Banking by engaging in initiatives and projects to bring in new revenue streams for the bank. 
  • Work collaboratively with regional and global Sales Managers in identifying business opportunities for both inward and outward referrals. 
  • Work cohesively with other Global Payments Solutions departments (Product and Client Management) and other areas of HSBC (RMs, GM, GTRF, ISV, etc); and support the ongoing development of Global Payments Solutions business in Vietnam.
Qualifications
Certifications, Qualifications & Experience:
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese is mandatory. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage. 
  • Right to work in Vietnam is required
  • Self-Motivated with growth mindset working collaboratively with the coverage bankers
  • Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and liaise effectively with colleagues and clients - across functions and geographies
  • Knowledge of the organization and its products, processes and pertinent regulations affecting their delivery
  • Proven track record of communicating effectively within the organization and with customer groups and effectively influence and communicate across various business lines at different levels within the organization
  • Understanding of the nature of an international bank like HSBC to help our clients and prospects
  • Experience of working in a client facing corporate banking environment or transactional banking environment is required
