We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of HCI Engineering Designer

As an HCI Engineering Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of banking by integrating design and engineering capabilities. You will focus on design 3.0 principles, human-AI interaction research, and their impact on the banking industry. Your role will involve demonstrating the possibilities through prototypes and effectively communicating the value of these concepts.
Requirements
- Expertise in HCI design and experiments.
- Proven experience in addressing design arguments, staying updated with advancements and trends.
- You are a true creator. Proficiency in prototyping for digital design, adapting conceptual trends into design components, prototypes, or IT systems. Familiar Passionate about HCI design experiments and experienced in at least one of the following: LLM/generative product design, dify/comfy-ui, voice or motion interaction, responsive design, data visualization, creative coding, operation system design. Please provide the technology or programing skills in your resume.
- Fair front-end engineering capabilities and a prototyping mindset, be able to propose and demonstrate dynamic interfaces and generative or interactive design rules. Ability to retouch or enhance open-source libraries or frameworks for experiments.
- Familiarity with design systems and HCI guidelines.
- Demonstrates strong collaboration skills, actively engaging with the community to find resources and inspiration.
- As an HCI Engineering Designer, you will:
- Conduct human-AI interaction design, collaborating with both researcher and business teams.
- Bring design concepts to life through digital product design.
- Create prototypes and demonstrations to showcase the possibilities of emerging technologies and their impact on banking.
