Role Purpose
Overall responsibility for management of IWPB Branche Network. To define the strategy, to manager, articulate and integrate the team efforts using the knowledge about local market environment, aiming the optimization of the business strategic aspects concerning the distribution of the commercialization channels, customer base in the several segments, business quality, attendance and services to customers, as well as to represent the HSBC in respect of customers, institutions and community.
Responsible for the management of local Network, with more than 600 branches and 6153 employees focusing on customer acquisition and relationship management with more than six million customers.
Principal Accountabilities
To define and to lead the Business strategies for the performance of the branches, assuring the execution of the goals of the PBT and benchmarks of the group
To develop and negotiation of the PBT (involving heads of regional network), meetings with branches managers, Regional Sales promotions, systematic follow up of the performance of Regional managers and branches, reception and distribution of information of local market changes reactions and economic measures, and their impact in the business to the branches.
To deliver the PBT and respective growth targets of Branches Network in terms of PBT, TOI, TOE, Total Assets and Total Liabilities.
