Our GCIO organisation plays a critical role for the bank. This team partners with our businesses to build the platforms, systems, and products that our customers use every day. This team keeps people’s money and data safe, and is at the forefront of driving innovation for our businesses, customers, and colleagues.
In Scope activities:
- Centralize all local technology system documentation in one place. This would include all system architecture, approval records, business justifications, functional flows, application functionality, and any other relevant information.
- Record all Change Releases for all local applications and systems, with a clear record of the approval process, and any incidents that's resulted from the CR.
- Tech governance documentation and change management documents
- Update Jira tickets to ensure all project statuses are up to date, so real time dashboards could be leveraged.
- Help raise PSRs, coordinate with Procurement tea. Help with Tech cost approval activities - ITCM, and TPS approval process.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Being a student from universities/educational institutions (not graduated yet)
- Ability to intern full-time in 6 months
- Have a recommendation letter for their internship period from universities/educational institutions
