We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Project Management Officer.
Business: CIB - GTS Technology
Principal responsibilities
- Develop and implement portfolio management strategies in line with company objectives.
- Evaluate, select, and prioritize projects or investments based on business value, risk, and resource availability.
- Monitor portfolio performance, track progress, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of portfolio initiatives.
- Identify and manage portfolio risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating as necessary.
- Optimize resource allocation across projects to maximize efficiency and outcomes.
- Prepare and present regular portfolio status updates and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and governance processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in portfolio management, project management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
