Responsibilities:

With the vast growth of digital channels, HSBC is recognizing the need to have strong focus in ensuring we deliver the best and most relevant digital capabilities. This is particularly important for HSBC Digital, as more and more customers migrate their transaction from Branches/Contact Center to Online. The jobholder is responsible to manage Digital Platform especially for Messaging Platform, to deliver communication to customer through the most efficient and effective channel to grow market share and achieve business targets. Manage Digital projects from building the case, prepare test script, perform testing and deployment

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Indonesia Citizen only
  • Understanding of Core Bank and supporting system
  • Strong third party management skill
  • Ability to work with technical leads, product manager and business stakeholders
  • Experience in managing multiple, complex project and changing priorities and working effectively with Local as well as Regional team
