Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is a key functional area within Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), enabling the business to deliver its strategy as an operational unit in an entity.
We are seeking a  Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) manager in CIB COO to oversee and manage daily administrative operations. The aim of the role is support the business on matters related to financial analysis, monitoring and performance & Resource Management. 

Financial Management – provide robust financial planning, management, tracking and reporting – FRP Planning & Budgeting, Savings analysis, and Cost Management (preferable)
Trends and variations analysis. Significant deviations are to be understood and addressed to later explain to the senior management.
Produces relevant MI & develop presentations that are “Business Ready”, to appropriately showcase the finance information and resource management with insightful interpretation.
Support in terms of new strategic initiatives implementation for the area and the business
Assist in other tasks as assigned, e.g. payments of invoices and control of the benefits dispersion of benefits (gasoline) to the Relarionship Managements

Requirements

• Finance, Business Administration and related degrees
• Financial analysis, planning and resource management
• Strong organisational, planning and management skills
• Strong analytical skills to process files and understand relevant information.
• Side to side work alongside the business to create efficiencies and synergies.
• Proficiency Excel is a must. SAS and Python knowledge is good to have.
• Work under pressure and deadlines.
• Fluent English
