Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited (‘Hang Seng Indexes Company’) manages and compiles the Hang Seng Family of Indexes, which cover stocks listed in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Our index series includes the Hang Seng Index, the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index and the Hang Seng TECH Index, as well as Stock Connect, Greater Bay Area and sector-related indexes. As at the end of 2023, assets under management in products passively tracking indexes in the Hang Seng Family of Indexes had reached a total of about USD65.8 billion.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Marketing Manager.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement marketing campaigns to promote the business and build awareness of the brand to capture business opportunities and support business growth;
  • Manage content marketing across digital platforms, including company website, social media and eDM; responsible to improve and optimize contents to meet the performance expectation;
  • Work closely with the Bank’s marketing team and/or agencies to drive high standard of deliverables;
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI & KPIs;
  • Collaborate with relevant parties and manage suppliers to ensure quality deliverables in a cost-effective manner and smooth launch of marketing campaigns
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders on the review, compliance and clearance procedures;
  • Track and generate reports on competitors’ marketing activities;
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
  • Minimum five years of experience in brand management and marketing communications
  • Good knowledge in financial sector and investment products are preferred;
  • Experience in graphic design, video editing and development of digital marketing campaigns in websites, social media etc, will be an advantage;
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a must;
  • Resilient, able to work responsibly in a dynamic environment; well-organized and detail-oriented;
  • Creative with strong growth mindset; capable of managing communications effectively and well connected;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing;
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
