In this role you will:

  • Engage with customers to effectively recommend solutions, products, and services
  • Effectively contribute towards key performance indicator values of new borrowing, new credit cards, credit card limit increases, new general insurance, and credit enhancement products
  • Take ownership of delivering a great customer experience, championing our customers’ cause, and working quickly to resolve complaints and identify opportunities to offer alternative banking solutions
  • Take ownership of preventing errors and operational losses by providing customers with the correct information about our products so they can make an informed decision, whilst adhering to all policies and procedures relating to financial crime, risk and compliance, and non-financial risk

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Background in banking or financial services; insurance and credit sales experience preferred 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to engage in client negotiations
  • Solid collaboration skills, with the ability to develop good working relationships, and a willingness to assist others to create an extraordinary customer experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Sound time management skills and the ability to work independently
