We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a New Business Take On Specialist.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Deliver high level of services supporting new client onboarding process for trust, insurance, probate and other TFS Services going through the on boarding process
  • Ensure compliance with Know Your Client and Customer Due Diligence policies for prospective clients
  • Collect and review all required material required for completion
  • Create Client and Entity records and populate data in the NAV system
  • Coordinate with the Documentation Team for the preparation of trust deeds, company incorporation and activation documents, and any other documents required for structure activation
  • Monitor and track the client onboarding process and proactively follow up outstanding items with WP and TRM to ensure the prescribed timeline is met
  • Support ad hoc projects such as system upgrades and all related areas
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Diploma or degree holder in Business, Corporate Governance, Accounting or Law. Member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute would be an advantage
  • Experience in banking or trust industry, with some basic company secretarial knowledge preferred
  • Familiarity with onboarding new clients and client due diligence procedures is desirable
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Independent, details orientated and able to work under pressure
