We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our HSBC Amanah team in the role of Premier Financial Manager, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets

 

Principal Responsibilities:

  • To implement and manage account-planning activity (portfolio management) in order to meet all specified targets according to the Sales Plan 
  •  To contribute towards the branch and PFS business profitability
  • The job holder will also need to ensure that quarterly reviews are conducted on his/her portfolio of Premier customers with more than RM 1.5 million TRB.
  • The job holder must continuously retain and grow these customers by understanding their financial needs and level of satisfaction.
  • Having joint discussion with Line Managers to analyze the financial and economic market to develop a sales plan and strategy
  • Work with Line Managers to plan daily/weekly/monthly sales activities as per the sales plan and strategy
  • Consistently analyse / review customers portfolio every quarter to continuously seek opportunities to offer customers solutions through a range of Wealth Management products
  • Effectively manage all actions plans for growing new relationships, retaining and deepening existing customer portfolios
  • Ensure that up-to-date and accurate customer information , sales activities are entered and kept in the Bank's systems (e.g. HUB, CRMS, RIS etc) at all times
  • Constantly kept updated on all audit recommendations to ensure compliance to those relating to acquisition of Premier Customers.
Requirements

Requirements 

  • A recognized tertiary Diploma / Degree qualification
  • Completed or currently pursuing  Certified Financial Planner course
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience as a Personal Relationship Banker and ability to manage high net worth customers.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, willingness to change and learn, customer focused, professional and a team player
  • Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills.
  • Strong sales orientation, networking and portfolio management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of financial services products and services and the client relationship management system.
  • Clear view on how to work with Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment.
  • Able to communicate well in English and local languages.
