Job description

Lead and coordinate go-to-market strategies and campaign launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment, effective execution, and continuous improvement to drive commercial impact in the affluent segment.

 

•            Design and coordinate go-to-market strategies and launch activities for products, campaigns, or offers.

•            Collaborate with commercial, marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure consistent implementation of the strategy.

•            Align business objectives with the outcomes of each strategy or launch initiative.

•            Request and oversee the preparation of marketing and sales materials to ensure alignment with upcoming launches.

•            Coordinate training-related content and ensure all necessary materials are available and accessible.

•            Monitor and analyze campaign results to evaluate success based on predefined KPIs.

•            Evaluate campaign performance and adjust actions as needed to optimize results.

•            Maintain close communication with the commercial area to gather feedback on the effectiveness of launched initiatives.

•            Drive innovation and continuous improvement by proposing new approaches and enhancements to processes, campaigns, and resource utilization.

•            Financial consumer products strong knowledge 

•            Customer Segmentation & Affluent Personas

•            Understanding of affluent customer profiles, behaviours, needs, and lifecycle.

•            Wealth Management Products & Services

•            Knowledge of investment products, insurance, financial planning, and advisory services tailored to affluent clients.

•            Proposition Development & Management

•            Experience designing and managing customer value propositions and benefits tailored to affluent segments.
