 We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Lead Consultant Specialist.

 In this role, you will:

  • Drive and support of Asset class leads on programme delivery, balancing scope, schedule, budget and risks and continue focusing on Financials Tracking and Dashboard delivery of larger, complex global initiatives.
  • Work closely with global stakeholders on prioritization and decomposition of complex business requirements into milestones, broken into smaller deliveries per team.
  • Set high expectations concerning quality and put in place / work within quality assurance processes.
  • Be accountable for all elements of programme financial management composed of headcount, hardware and software delivery capitalisation.
  • Drive organisation shape, strategy and global composition.
  • Establish clear measurable milestones, deliveries and assist with finance views including of budget versus spend.
  • Drive decision and actions based on financials tracking, vendor management and priority changes.
  • Work autonomously, drive change, suggest solutions and resolve conflicts. 
  •  Support the adoption of organisation standards and work in alignment with Change framework.  
Requirements

  • Leadership and Management - Inspire and motivate teams and work collaboratively towards a shared goal. 
  • Financial Management - Understand financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. 
  • Communication and Collaboration - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, sponsors, project managers, and team members and influence outcomes. 
  • Stakeholder Management – Manage stakeholder relationships, understand stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Risk Management - Foresee potential risks and devise contingency plans to minimize their adverse effects, be able to manage changes to the program plan, assess their impact on program goals, and adjust the program plan accordingly.
  • Change Management – Our programs are complex, and change is inevitable demonstrate the ability to change effectively and minimize disruption to the programs.
  • Extensive practical experience in similar roles and organisations. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree with industry Certifications such as Prince 2 or similar Program Management Professional (PgMP) certifications. 
  • Although business knowledge is not critical, someone who can operate in a fast-paced environment understand impacts of decisions and how to mitigate pitfalls.
