We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Risk and Control Assistant Manager - WPB NFR UTILITY_CONTROL COE.

Principal responsibilities

  • Work closely with in-market market R&C leads to note the requirements of any change in risk management tools due to changes in regulatory requirements, internal policy updates.
  • Help implementing Operation Risk Management Framework and related procedures across ASP Markets.
  • Help in planning and implementing the methodologies to conduct reviews for thematic reviews or read across projects.
  • Act as the liaising point with in-market Senior Stakeholders (including Risk Stewards) to undertake trigger event reviews (internal and external incidents) and help in completing root causes.
  • Collate review findings and help prepare a report of findings for each of the thematic review, read across or any other control assurance activity.
  • Coordinate, prioritize and manage ad-hoc projects assigned through sufficient communication with various stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Fulltime Graduation from recognized universities with 2 to 5 years work experience.
  • Good understanding of operational risk and controls preferably gained through experience in front line and/or risk roles.
  • Prior experience should consist of assurance reviews/control testing.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
