We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Digital Investigations and Solutions Specialist.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Support Product Owner in providing product (client statement, portfolio performance calculation, Digital solution etc.) SME
- Root cause analysis in production issue/process inefficiency and recommend solution
- Collaborate with different stakeholders (e.g., IT, OPS, Front Office etc.) to finalise and implement solution
- Manage the collection, collation and processing of project information from stakeholders
- Capture, analyse, design and document business process (including IT processes)
- Design solutions or change interventions
- Manage change activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
- Manage the tracking and documenting progress and manage status reporting
- Assist in the implementation of the business plan
- Track statuses of project deliverables and milestones including risk and issue monitoring and co-ordination
- Provide management support to the Senior Digital Investigations and Solutions Manager - supporting activities planning – and support with governance maintenance - producing management reports, progress consolidation, status report, etc
- Compliance with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards and group compliance policy
- Develop a good level of understanding of the appropriate business systems of the Group
To be successful you will have
- University graduate with a degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Strong analytical capabilities and learning ability, can quickly adapt to deal with new disciplines/projects and dig deeper into relevant business and IT knowledge
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills with good command of spoken and written English
- Excellent in multitasking and prioritization - able to work proactively, independently and under pressure against multiple deadlines
- Knowledge in financial product valuation and portfolio analysis is a plus (e.g., CFA)
