Our Global Liquidity and Cash Management (GLCM) Senior Integration Manager - Corporate Card will provide client integration encompassing the testing, implementation, production deployment, and ongoing production support of GLCM Corporate Card file based solutions. You will also provide consulting services and ongoing support, including training to clients related to supported corporate cards ERP systems. Where capacity allows, contribute in support of the broader GLCM Integration team.

You will have the authority to define and institute an implementation process that is best in breed compared with the competition. It will require responsibility to ensure Client Integration processes are efficient and effective on an ongoing basis. This requires the provision of a high quality and consistent solution that is flexible and modular. The dynamic market conditions and increased sophistication of the diverse customer base means that solutions are tailored and precedents are limited.

While you will proactively contributes to the development of the regional Client Management strategy, you will operate largely autonomously with loosely defined boundaries to build an “Undisputed Client Integration” team that is required to take a very proactive and forward thinking perspective in identifying ways to strengthen the function and business.

GLCM is one of HSBC's global product lines. The group is part of Global Banking and Markets and global Commercial Banking and supports relationship managers by providing the products and expertise their customers need. In essence GLCM helps clients, mainly treasurers, move their cash, have visibility and access to their cash, and invest their cash.   • 8 plus years’ experience in Corporate Treasury and/or Global Liquidity and Cash Management (GLCM)
  • Proven project management experience managing multiple complex projects with conflicting timescales
  • Proven experience with GLCM file/ internet based e-solutions with the ability to relate to Corporate business requirements and capabilities
  • Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues
  • Ability to interact with business customers at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
