We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Servicing and Partnerships Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

This is a global role managing our biggest segment in customer numbers, with a variety of opportunities to capture and challenges to solve in an innovative and sustainable way.

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering customer-focused and data-driven solutions to markets and to customers, highly motivated, intellectually curious, solutions-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset. Hands-on market experience in a value proposition building/ segment management experience is needed. Additionally, the ideal candidate is well known for being highly collaborative, good listener to understand the market needs and managing projects to flawless completion.

In this role you will be working with relevant global, regional, and local market teams and you will be:

  • Responsible for Partnerships strategy for Personal Banking segment and work with relevant partnership teams to ensure to receive relevant partners for markets
  • Responsible for Sales and Service Model strategy and execution of Personal Banking by collaborating channel strategy team
  • Responsible for Monoliner engagement (Card only, ESB, Payment only) and own cross sell targets for monoliners
  • Responsible for creating best strategy for segment Upgrades to Premium and ensure flawless transition in the countries
  • Responsible for the strategy for downgrades from Premier and ensure a retention plan to keep them active
  • Responsible for retention strategy (proactive and reactive) of the segment and responsible for attrition targets
  •  Lead Payment products and increase usage
  • Country lead for MEX, UK- M&S, EGY, UAE markets.
Requirements
  • Strong experience of segment and proposition management within a customer-focused environment
  • Southeast Asia Market experience in segment / propositions team
  • Preferably global/regional team experience in either segment or product teams
  • Demonstrated track record in successful proposition delivery
  • Preferably have design experience of multi-channel customer experiences for a global brand
  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with many stakeholders both from global stakeholders (product and channel teams) and markets
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of our Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) propositions and their connectivity with our international strategy
