We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.
Business: Markets & Sec Services IT
Principal responsibilities
- Understand the development requirement, participate in technical design;
- Complete the development, testing, implementation and maintenance of DCS IT systems to supported business units with necessary minimum guideline.
- Provide Production support to our Business Unit.
- Ensure the production sustainability.
- Participates business oriented innovation, throughout internal or external technical capabilities.
- Collaborate and work closely with global team members to complete the required delivery.
- Be compliant to relevant instructions and control standards.
Technical Skill Requirement:
- Experience in Scala.
- Experience in ZIO, Akka, SQL, Git, Scalatest, Jira / Github
- Experience in micro services development.
- Experience in Linux environment
- Solid experience of CICD tools adoption. ( Jenkins, Ansible, Stash, Nexus etc..)
- Quick learner, able to adapt existing IT skill set to environment
- Solid experience with Agile

- Good communication skills, be able to interact and work well with global stakeholders.
- Good written skills
- Solid problem solving skills
- Self-motivated.
- Proactive when handling problems and projects.
- Good at multitasking.
- Exposure to all stages of the application development process/lifecycle.
- Proven structured programming techniques, and ability to follow group standards and system methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability in required programming language.
What additional skills will be good to have?
- General experience in Cloud-based platforms – Azure, Google, Amazon.
- Experience with MongoDB, Kafka, Grafana, InfluxDB
