We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will: 

    Impact on the Business / Function

    1. Contribute to the effective support of production services.
    2. Contributes to operations and technical support of IT systems.
    3. Contributes to successful implementation of IT projects.
    4. Controls the incident and problem management process of production services.

    1. Contributes to establish an effective IT operation service delivery.
    2. Contributes to maintain a professional relationship with business.
    3. Contributes to keep a high Quality IT service

    1. Maintains currency of technical documentation and procedures.
    2. Contributes to the upkeep of IT standards and adherence to Group strategy and policy.
    3. Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.

    Requirements

    To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree or above

    Two to five years relevant experience

    Experience

     

    1. Practical experience in delivering small scale IT Operations programmes and projects
    2. Good knowledge of IT hardware, software, operations and networks
    3. Basic understanding of a data centre environment

    Skills

    1. Have good knowledge of the project lifecycle
    2. Effectively co-ordinate delivery of services by his/her team under constraints
    3. Excellent problem solving skill
    4. Good people skill, communication skill
