HSBC Digital Business Services (DBS) is a pivotal part of the Group, providing essential operational and technical support to our global businesses and helping improve customer service and efficiency. DBS combines global expertise and technology to help keep us ahead of the competition.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Senior Vice President Chief Technology Office Head.
Responsibilities:
- Managing overall IT Infrastructure for HSBC Indonesia, including data center, hardware and software infrastructure, network connectivity, IT service management, collaboration tooling and end user support.
- As a leadership face representing Indonesia, acting as primary interface between Regulators, CIO, Business and Functions teams regionally and globally, particularly in the area of IT infrastructure.
- Develop strategy and sustainable IT operations plan for HSBC Indonesia aligning with HSBC Group
- Accountable to CIO and working closely with HSBC Group and acts as country escalation point for IT infrastructure matters
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Have at least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure areas, including 5 years as middle to senior leader, preferably having hands-on experience in IT infrastructure major projects.
- Strong knowledge in IT Infrastructure management, Modern IT Architecture, General IT Management.
- Ability to adapt and evolve quickly to technology, business, and organizational trends.
- Self-driven, strong leadership, experienced problem solving, and strong communication skills.
