We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Vice President, Credit & Payment.
Principal Responsibilities
- To manage a team of onshore and offshore FTEs to ensure efficiency and due customer delivery
- To review processes and workflows in order to close control gaps on clients monies and account balances
- To ensure functional requirements given to the new admin system are future ready
- To nimbly lead and steer the Credit and Payment team through the changes
- To track relevant KPIs with regards to payments and collections
- Relevant experiences in Credit and Payment or operations within insurance industry
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to operate effectively and think innovatively to find solution
- Good time management, task and result-oriented. Able to perform duties with accuracy and deliver quality work within tight timelines
- Proactive, strong team spirit and strong supervisory skills
- A person who is keen to learn with positive work attitude
