We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineering Team Leader.

Principal responsibilities
As a Team Lead & ITSO, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of critical services within our organization. You’ll lead a team of skilled professionals, ensuring efficient utilization of these services, adherence to best practices, and successful delivery of projects. Your expertise in service management, project leadership, and team coordination will be essential to our success.
Service Ownership and Strategy:
- Take ownership of specific services or systems, understanding their purpose, dependencies, and impact on the organization.
- Develop a strategic vision for service improvement, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align service goals with business objectives.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead a team of service engineers, administrators, and support staff.
- Set clear goals, delegate tasks, and monitor progress.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
Service Design and Implementation:
- Work closely with architects and engineers to design and implement services.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection regulations, and industry best practices.
- Oversee service deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
Incident Management and Troubleshooting:
- Coordinate incident response efforts during service disruptions.
- Investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
- Maintain incident documentation and post-incident reviews.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to optimize service delivery.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- dentify opportunities for service enhancement, cost optimization, and process streamlining.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in service management, IT operations, or related roles.
- Proven experience with service ownership, incident management, and vendor coordination.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Terraform, Jenkins, and event streaming.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in a highly regulated or complex organizational environment is a plus.
