We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Software Engineering.

Principal responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging cloud solutions.
- Drive adoption in front-end applications/staff channels with best practice for Internal Kubernetes Platform(IKP) as well as cloud platforms (Azure, AWS and GCP) solution & deployment.
- Champion the exploration and integration of cloud services into existing and future solutions.
- Implement integration technology for both real-time, streaming and batch models.
- Demonstrate strong understand of API design standards, security and best practices.
- Partner with engineering teams to implement the designed architecture and ensure proper integration with existing systems.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with new technologies and architectural transformations.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences fostering collaboration and buying across the organization.
- Ten plus years of experience in architecting and designing cloud-based solutions.
- Rich experience of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS and GCP), IKP and their core services.
- Strong background in microservices architecture, API gateways, and service mesh technologies.
- In-depth front-end knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Nodejs, npm, webpack, Ajax and web reactive frameworks/tools(React.js, Webpack, Redux).
- Proven experience with best practice adoption in front-end applications/staff channels.
- Expertise in designing and building distributed systems, data pipelines and event driven architectures.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skillset to draft and present the architecture design for large scale applications.
- Strong influencing skills, able to operate well across cultures and in multi-cultural, diverse work environments, with the ability to influence and build consensus among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience on architecting application solutions with medium to large application integrations involved.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross functional team. Passion for innovation and staying ahead of the curve in the tech landscape.
- Experience with cloud security best practices, encryption and compliance requirements.
- Self-driven and capable of work pro-actively, collaboratively with geographically dispersed team, a good team-player.
