We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff Account Servicing Cards and Loans

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring account servicing cards and Loans instructions are processed accurately & in timely manner.
  • Responsible to maximize productivity as agreed standard.
  • Responsible complaints, inquires, investigation is resolve within SLA and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Proactively involve in in process improvement and streamlining projects
  • Supporting team leaders in managing team capacity, improve productivity & service delivery.
  • Supporting team leaders to produce MI and reports on timely manners

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Good time management.
  • Team player, yet independent.
  • Have knowledge on WPB Unsecured Lending operations.
  • Highly spirited.
  • Fast learner, and easy to adapt to rapidly increasing challenges.
