We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff Customer Life Cycle Management Activation


Perform outbound activity through a tele sales environment typically on multiple products and or propositions and has the required certifications to handle customers. Responsible for utilization of leads of activation for customer credit card as part of Customer Relationship Management which include expectation of call intensity, contact rate and take up rate. Listen to the customer and establishes needs to recommend relevant products and make sure that all of customer instruction executed in a proper way, accurate and timely manner. Responsible for achieving individual key performance indicators which is Productivity in terms of utilization, contact rate, intensity and Outcome related cross sell product sales with referral model, percentage of take up rate whilst adhere to call script and guidelines to maintain sales quality also deliver effective and meaningful conversation under compliance. Give feedback and support analytical for project improvement and deployment on broader segment.


To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Indonesia Citizen only
  • Male or Female
  • Has a minimum of Bachelor Degree
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Demonstrate high level of credibility and integrity
  • Self-motivated with well-developed sales and service competencies and ability to drive numbers to achieve performance expectations
  • Have the ability doing negotiating sales deals
