DBS combines global expertise and technology to help keep us ahead of the competition. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Supervisor Client Management Process Advisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure CDD Policy, Procedures and Guidance are written, in line with local regulations and HSBC guidelines, regularly reviewed and amended where necessary
  • Proactively engage with Lines of Business, GSD leadership team, Change Delivery and other stakeholders in Global Functions to ensure that goals of in-country CDD teams are aligned to Business strategy and demand
  • Complete new KYC profiles for prospective clients, review and update KYC profiles for existing clients in adherence to the review schedule and ensure all KYC profiles are properly signed off.
  • Gather and analyze KYC information independently.
  • Verify customer identity and related documentary proof.
  • Follow up with the relevant parties on outstanding KYC issues/documentation.
  • Conduct KYC due diligence check according to the guidelines.
  • Ensure all KYC Profiles together with the related documentary proof are properly filed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely MI reporting
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Indonesia Citizen only
  • 1 – 3 years of Banking or Financial Services Experience
  • Possess strong product knowledge
  • Possess strong writing and analytical skills
  • Possess good knowledge on AML policies and procedures
