We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Team Leader, Case Management.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Case Management Manager to lead a sub-team of Case Managers to deliver new business case management service to respective business channel
  • Closely monitor the production quality and acts as an advisor to provide opinions and improvement recommendation to sub-ordinates on the daily activities
  • Effectively manage and coordinate with Underwriting team on new business end-to-end process in order to achieve business target
  • Timely update required procedure to fulfill the compliance and/or regulatory requirements as well as conduct training as appropriate
  • Regularly review the process workflow and make recommendation to enhance the team efficiency and productivity
  • Closely work with internal business partners on assigned projects to achieve and implement the business initiatives effectively
  • Process new applications in accordance with underwriting, compliance and regulatory requirements and the agreed service lead time
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field
  • Solid working experience in life insurance industry, preferably bancassurance with HNW experience
  • 2+ years team leadership and stakeholder management experiences with good business acumen
  • Proven knowledge on processing HNW new business life insurance application is preferred, and HNW Policy Servicing experience will also be considered
  • A team player with great sense of ownership and customer concentric mindset to ensure the daily case management activities, servicing and projects are delivered in high quality with timely manner
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
