We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Lead Consultant Specialist

In this role you will -

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Client/Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and other project stakeholders. Foster strong relationships and regularly communicate project status, updates, and progress. Address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Resource Allocation: Identify and allocate the necessary resources (human, financial, and technical) to ensure successful project execution.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and cooperation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success. Develop and implement mitigation plans to address them.
  • Problem Articulation: Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in simple language to recognize to the global remit of this role.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets and expenses, make adjustment as necessary to stay within budget constraints.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with the agreed-upon specifications.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.  
  • Foster a high engagement team to deliver good quality outputs which exceed user expectation.
  • Work with various Wealth and Personal Banking businesses on project prioritization to optimize resources usage
  • Manage staff development, assessment, training, motivation, discipline, recruitment and retention to promote the highest professional standards within the technical environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • University graduate in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications, such as Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in project management
  • Very strong knowledge and hands on experience on Project Management tools & strong leadership and people management skills to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile framework, Agile methodology and must have worked in cross functional teams that are well versed with Agile and DevOps
  • Knowledge and experience in working with 3rd party vendors would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Wealth and Personal Banking business; especially - private banking and wealth management systems like SEI Wealth Platform, Fee Management System, Retail Investment System, Security Maintenance, Addepar.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.
  • A customer-centric mindset, understanding the importance of meeting clients' needs and expectations.
  • Relevant certifications in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Strong financial analytical background and proven ability in financial/analytical reasoning, including being able to contextualize financial data into business activities and conclusions.
  • Ability to adopt a growth mindset and proactively identify and bring about change opportunities.
  • Good sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes and excellent written and verbal communication skills; presentation skills preferred.
