We are currently seeking high calibre professional to join our team as a Telesales Consultant.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Engage new and existing customers via non face-to-face channels on their loan and credit card needs
  • Identify and recommend the best loan and cards arrangement base on customer needs
  • Supported by digital journeys, to assist customer to complete the application and onboarding process
  • Deliver consistent and best-in-class customer service
  • Meet HSBC compliance and control standards

  • A communicator – able to communicate and express well to deliver the best experience for the customer
  • Motivated and resilient! You thrive in a fast –paced and disciplined environment
  • Empathetic and Energetic! You take the time to listen and truly understand your client’s needs, nurturing and building strong relationships with customers. You take ownership and deliver on your promises
  • Team Player ! you are able to work both independently and also as a team and motivate those around you to deliver the best experience for the customer
  • Basic computing skills like Microsoft word, Excel etc.
  • Prior sales experience would be advantageous but not essential
