We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Test Analyst - DIGITAL, DATA INNOVATION-TKH.

Principal responsibilities

  • Work with the dev team to develop a comprehensive test plan and strategy that outlines the testing objectives, scope, approach, resources, schedule, and deliverables.
  • Design and develop test cases, test scripts, and test data based on the requirements and specifications provided by the business analyst and development team, ensure that the tests cover all possible scenarios and edge cases to identify potential defects and issues.
  • Executes the test cases and scripts, either manually or using automated testing tools, to validate that the application or system meets the specified requirements and functions correctly, document the results of each test, including any defects or issues identified.
  • Log and track defects and issues identified during testing, working closely with the development team to prioritize and resolve them.
  • Create test reports that provide an overview of the testing activities, including the number of test cases executed, defects identified, and the overall quality of the application or system.
  • Communicate the overall test progress to related stakeholders.
  • Support the end-users testing, providing guidance and assistance in executing test cases and identifying potential issues.
    Requirements
    • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.
    • 3+ year minimum Test Analyst experience.
    • Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and life cycle.
    • Good analytical and problem analysis skills, identify potential defects and issues, and determine the most effective testing strategies and techniques to address them.
    • Attention to details: be meticulous in their work, ensuring that all test cases, scripts, and data are accurate and complete, and that all defects and issues are properly documented and tracked.
    • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data)
    • Fluent in English.
    • Excellent multitasking ability - Must have ability to track multiple issues, effectively manage time and competing priorities.
    • Hands-on experience in Project/Requirement management tools like Jira, Confluence.

    Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
