We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to design and coding to build the end-to-end solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to understand and gather requirements to develop the best automation solutions.
- Contribute to user experience and user research activities to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to understand their needs, behaviours, and pain points.
- Document and analyze research findings to develop actionable recommendations for the design team.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure research insights are effectively integrated into the design process.
- Facilitate workshops or brainstorming sessions to align stakeholders on user-centered solutions.
- Stay updated on UX Design, User research tools, methodologies, and best practices
Requirements
Qualifications – External
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.
- 3+ Years in IT and Minimum 1 year of UX Design and Research experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand user requirements and project goals.
- Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively. Hands on experience of working on Figma and other wireframing tools is a must.
- Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and improve designs.
- Support the development of user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for enhancing user experiences.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs matches the intended user experience.
- Stay updated on UX design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Assist in maintaining design documentation and style guides for consistency across projects.
- Provide feedback and iterate on designs based on user feedback and team input.
- Good to have development experience in Python (3.x)
- Good to have knowledge of DevOps principles & tools like GitHub/Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, Ansible.
