We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as UX/UI Designer.

Business: IWPB Technology

Principal responsibilities

  • Adopt iterative user centred design approach and provide design service to various digital products
  • Produce user experience design, including requirement visualization, customer journey mapping, information architecture, wireframes, detailed UI designs, interactive prototypes etc.
  • Conduct design activities according to internal design process and standard
  • Communicate designs to various stakeholders
  • Maintain design artefacts, such as design toolkits and various documentation
  • Perform UI quality checks and provide consultancy to development team
  • Participate in usability testing
Requirements

Hard skills 

  • Must be experienced in Figma for UX/UI design and producing quality design artefacts
  • Advantage if have experience in other design software such as Sketch, Adobe Illustration, Adobe XD, Principle, Zeplin, inVision, Flinto, Hype, Adobe AfterEffect etc.
  • Sound understanding of the user-centred design process
  • Advantage if have previous experience in the digital banking space and strong understanding of consumer finance products across multiple markets
  • Preferably with experience in corporate design
  • Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in UX/UI design
  • A diploma/degree in design related subject

Soft skills

  • Appreciates good UX/UI design and be able to explain why
  • Focus on details and aim for pixel perfect design
  • Excellent in written and spoken English, and can communicate comfortably in full English environment
  • Strong communication skills for navigating through business requirements
  • Multitasking – Feeling comfortable to manage multiple projects at any time
  • Team player

Design portfolio or work samples are required as part of the application, and must be provided in format of PDF (maximum file size 20M). Qualified candidates may be expected to participate in a test to demonstrate their capability.
